“will this sound ever break down the wall”
11 years ago one song changed my life, and i’ve carried it with me ever since. it’s led me to a million other songs that have changed me in a million other ways, but no voice has ever been as real to me as that first raspy, sad and desperate, tormented and beautiful one. since then–that initial meeting–i’ve traced his every move and their every song backwards and hung on every new release like an orphan clinging to one brilliant fragment of hope and familiarity.
i wasn’t, therefore, surprised at the goosebumps on my arms and legs or the tears surfacing in my eyes when i heard the first clip of “real” a few weeks ago. after it was released in the uk i searched around for a few days for a generous uploader, acquired my own mp3 of the song and haven’t recovered since.
i daresay that “real” is as beautiful and relevant to me now as “name” was all those years ago. this band is my oldest and most loyal friend.

I have just downloaded the new Goo Dolls’ single. It is truly appreciated, thank you so much. I was also a bit frustrated about the Itunes-UK exclusive. Well, but there’s not so much I can do about it, I am from a country where Itunes store is not available, the same as the amazon online store. Thank you for the file, =)
All I have to say is thank you so much. I also can’t stand to wait for the US release of the goos next huge song. It’s beautiful and sounds amazing!!!!!!! They have been my favorite band for at least 18 years now and I never ever get sick of hearing their music.
gosh thanx so much I’ve been looking for it for weeks. Goos are so much special to me too. This song is just cool and I can’t think of any better expressions.
